Plugin Marketplace

The marketplace distributes reusable business capabilities to selected tenants. Platform operators define the app, menus, permissions, configuration, and release; tenant administrators install and configure it.

Plugins must honour tenant isolation and role/data permissions, ship idempotent SQL for menus and permissions, and avoid hard-coded production domains or secrets.
